Help us create the Festival Village at Southbank Centre this summer! As London celebrates the 2012 Olympics, Southbank Centre is inviting artists from around the UK and the world to participate and collaborate in our Festival of the World. Our new space, the Festival Village, will be at the heart of the festival. A place where artists, partners, participants and staff can socialise, connect, and relax. We will be running workshops during the spring to create the Festival Village. We are looking for people to get involved in conceiving, designing and building this creative social space at our world class arts centre. Everyone is welcome, whether you are interested in architecture and design and want to offer your ideas at the design days or want to get hands on, learn or share skills and get involved in building the space itself.
